To ensure you get the most out of your Kathmandu gear, we offer repairs on many of our products via our preferred third party provider Lancashire Sports Repairs (LSR).

If you have concerns about your Kathmandu gear or need repairs to be done, please contact us and provide some photos.

If your item needs to be repaired, we will assess whether it can be repaired and if that repair will incur a fee.

Any gear sent to Kathmandu or LSR for assessment or repair must be clean so please wash your gear before posting it. Any gear that’s not clean upon arrival will not be assessed or repaired and will be returned to you. We will also contact you if your gear cannot be repaired or will incur any fees.

The typical turnaround time for repairs is 10 working days, but may take longer during periods of high volume, plus shipping between you and the repair office.
