Kathmandu Summit Club cards are non-transferable and remain the property of Kathmandu.
To be eligible for Kathmandu Summit Club member benefits and rewards, you must identify yourself as a Kathmandu Summit Club member before purchase.
Membership and benefits of the Kathmandu Summit Club are for individuals and their immediate families only. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Kathmandu Summit Club. For corporate rates in the United Kingdom, please contact us.
You must be aged 16 years or older to register for Kathmandu Summit Club membership. If you are aged under 16 years, you will need to ask a parent or guardian to register.
Kathmandu employees or employees of their partner organisations are eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program. However, employees are not eligible to participate in the accumulated spend reward and there may be restrictions on promotions and prizes available to participate in from time to time.
No Kathmandu Summit Club discounts are given on the purchase of gift cards, e-gift cards, eVouchers, clearance or seconds.
Kathmandu may amend Summit Club benefits and discounts available from time to time. Kathmandu will make all reasonable efforts to communicate changes using such methods including, but not limited to post, email and the Kathmandu website.
For every £200 that you spend in online at kathmandu.co.uk (excluding gift card and e-gift card purchases) you will receive a £20 Kathmandu reward voucher. The qualifying period commenced on 1 August 2013 and includes purchases made online where the Summit Club membership card is presented at the time of purchase. Purchases made on marketplace websites, including but not limited to eBay and Amazon, will not accrue points and are not eligible for reward vouchers.
The following conditions apply to reward vouchers:
Kathmandu reward vouchers will not be accepted if disfigured or photocopied and will not be replaced if lost. Kathmandu reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and change will be given as a voucher.
By accepting Kathmandu Summit Club membership, you agree to these terms and conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide Kathmandu with any changes to your contact details.
Kathmandu reserves the right to terminate the Kathmandu Summit Club at any time without prior notice.
